Frank is a workflow automation service that operates primarily through email communications, with supporting web and mobile applications. The Service includes:

Work status tracking and reporting

Analytics and reporting features
Web and mobile applications for configuration and management
3. Data Rights and Privacy
Frank implements industry-standard security measures to protect all user data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Users retain ownership of their content while granting Frank necessary licenses to provide and improve the Service. We process and store information including email communications, user responses, and related metadata for the duration of service, with data being removed within 30 days of account deletion.
Subscription fees are charged in advance based on your chosen plan and user count, with the right to modify fees upon thirty days notice. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through account settings, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. User Obligations and Conduct
Users must maintain professional conduct and use the Service for its intended purpose of team coordination and accountability tracking. This includes providing accurate information, maintaining account security, and respecting team communication privacy. Organizations are responsible for managing user access and permissions, including prompt removal of departed employees.
The Service is accessible through email as the primary interface, with web and mobile applications providing administrative and reporting capabilities. Service performance may vary based on email system performance and network conditions, and certain features require administrator configuration.
5. Terms and Conditions
The Service is provided strictly "as is" and "as available" without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied. Frank explicitly disclaims all liability and responsibility for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any business losses, missed deadlines, lost productivity, coordination failures, data loss, or any other direct or indirect damages. Frank bears no responsibility for decisions made based on Service data, system availability, or any outcomes resulting from Service use or unavailability.
Users explicitly acknowledge and agree that all risks associated with using the Service rest solely with them. Frank is not liable for any breach of security, unauthorized access, data interception, or system performance issues. The Service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of internet-based and electronic communications.
Frank is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, damages, or losses resulting from such problems.We reserve the unilateral right to enhance, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at our sole discretion without prior notice or liability.
Users explicitly agree to indemnify and hold Frank completely harmless against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from their use of the Service.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims is strictly limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months, where such limitation is permitted by law. These terms are governed by EU law, with disputes resolved through arbitration.
